Bushra Ahmed
Partner at KBH
Bushra Ahmed is a Partner at KBH and a practising barrister of more than 17 years having practised at Ely Place Chambers, London until July 2020. She is a multi-jurisdictional, litigation specialist, focusing on commercial litigation and international arbitration across a range of commercial, corporate, employment, financial services, and regulatory matters. She has a reputable client led practice, which includes public and private entities across a broad spectrum of regulated commercial activity.
Bushra has extensive experience of working in the UK and the Middle East and has advised, represented and acted in landmark cases in the UK as well as in the DIFC.
She also sits as an arbitrator and is instructed as arbitration Counsel in institutional arbitrations, including ICC and DIAC.
