Following the success of previous UAE Mock Trials, on 17 September 2019, DIFC Academy in association with LexisNexis and BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP is hosting another UAE Mock Trial course. The Mock Trial will focus on the UAE Court litigation process and provides practical insight into every step of the trial process. The Mock Trial will also include an interactive case study on a case where experts will provide tips for a successful trial and highlight common pitfalls to avoid during a trial.
