The Middle East is considered the prime emerging sports market and continues to grow and offer scope for development. The course will dive deeper into topics including issues such as the LIV Golf Tour, The World Cup, FIFA’s reform of the transfer system and corruption/match fixing in sport as well as reminiscences from significant cases in Jim’s 30 years handling sports law disputes. It will also show how the legal principles used in these cases can be used in other legal disciplines.
