English Common Law is part of the DIFC Laws Certificate programme. This course will be presented by the Law professors of Middlesex University Dubai. It aims to provide education and training in English Common Law, Basic Advocacy and Legal Drafting to civil law lawyers, DIFC Courts practitioners, Emirati advocates, In-house counsels and other professionals whose work involves exposure to common law systems and jurisdictions.
