Scott has extensive experience of advising developers, investors, businesses and government entities on all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions, development, leasing and funding.
He has particular expertise in commercial landlord and tenant matters, advising on real estate aspects of joint venture development transactions and advising clients on residential, retail and mixed use developments.
He has practiced both in Middle East and the UK for more than ten years. Scott also has experience of working in-house at one of Dubai's leading mortgage lenders.

Sarit has been based in the Middle East region since 2008 advising on real estate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Sarit was a senior associate in the real estate department of the Dubai office of a large UK law firm, where she worked on a wide range of matters, focusing on property transactions, property disputes, real estate developments, retail and hospitality.
Sarit has experience of working in- house and in private practice and has worked on a mix of non-contentious and contentious real estate and commercial work.
