in partnership with
DIFC Academy, in collaboration with Monckton Chambers, presents a course that will examine the latest progress in commercial contract law.
This session will survey recent contractual developments in the English and other commonwealth jurisdictions and the impact they are likely to have on cases before the DIFC. This is a forum for creative commercial litigators looking at ways to achieve results in difficult scenarios, looking to go beyond the basics and running ideas and succeeding with cutting edge approaches.
The speakers will talk about the possibilities available to you and work through scenarios that arise from the current position in the DIFC and the emerging positions in other jurisdictions.
Legal practitioners can earn 2 Accredited CLPD points upon completion of the session.
