Aly is a lawyer with over 25 years’ experience, covering multiple jurisdictions and advising a broad range of businesses in areas of work encompassing Financial and Non-Financial Services; Joint Ventures; Mergers and Acquisitions; Regulatory Compliance; Risk Management; Corporate Governance; ESG Integration; Structuring and Strategic Advice; and Corporate Entity Formation. He has also worked on a number of International Arbitrations. Based in the UAE since 2008, Aly established Alyiant Consultancy Limited in the DIFC which specialises in Compliance and Risk Management and Company Service Provider services. Aly has authored and co-authored articles and publications covering: Sustainable Finance and ESG Integration; Family Businesses and Succession Planning; Banking Regulations; Joint Ventures; Restructuring; Insolvency; and Anti-Corruption Regulations.
