Under the patronage of the DIFC Academy and the Italian Business Council, together with Yungo Law, DIFC Courts and Diana Hamade Attorneys at Law, we cordially invited the community to an interactive breakfast with informative conversations about the latest changes to Federal Law 41 of 2022 on the Personal Status of Non-Muslims in the UAE and DIFC Wills and Succession Probate.

Along with an excellent cup of tea or coffee, we shall have the following accompaniments on the breakfast menu:

  1. Latest legal changes brought in by Law no. 41 of 2022 on non-Muslim Expats’ personal status in the UAE.
  2. Practical guidance and tips on the necessity of wills, what to do when a loved one passes away, what to expect, and how to deal with administrative and legal tasks associated with wills and probate for non-Muslim expats.
  3. An open discussion on how to cope with the loss of a loved one as well as the responsibilities that come with it.
  4. Networking.
