Workplace Investigations and the Employment Life Cycle: What you need to know!

DIFC Academy  in collaboration with LexisNexis and Clyde & Co. is hosting a seminar on Workplace Investigations and the Employment Lifecycle, where we will discuss the following:
» Workplace Investigations: Circumstances where investigations are required, including harassment and fraud allegations. We will run through real-life examples and discuss how to manage them.
» Employment Life cycle: Issues being tackled by HR practitioners, including use and abuse of social media policies and HR issues, such as discrimination allegations, that may harm a company’s reputation.
The aim of the seminar is to provide in-house lawyers and HR specialists with the necessary tools to tackle issues related to workplace investigations and the employment life cycle.
