Thenji has extensive experience working in employment law advising blue chip, multinational, regional, local and private clients from all industry sectors. She advises on complex employment issues, which include workplace investigations, global mobility of employees, cross jurisdictional matters including temporary assignment, secondment, cross border engagement. Abeer is a Partner at Fragomen’s Dubai office, where she has been a member of the UAE inbound immigration team for seven years.
Abeer uses her extensive knowledge of immigration requirements in the various UAE jurisdictions to assist UAE-based companies with their immigration and compliance needs. Abeer assists clients from a variety of industries, including construction, information technology, media, and oil and gas. She helps companies redesign their existing immigration models to ensure maximum efficiency as well as implement process improvements.
In addition, Abeer has managed the immigration-related aspects of a number of high and medium volume projects involving mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and other types of corporate restructuring activities.
