FinTech technologies will play a pivotal role in achieving these goals, by creating new sustainable finance opportunities. This will be achieved by predicting and analyzing the impact on, and compliance with, the World Banks programs and regulations.

Sudipta Gangopadhyay
Sudipta is a Senior banker with close to three decades of experience in the banking industry. He moved to learning and talent development after an experience of over 25 years across various areas in retail and business Banking such as cards and payments, distribution and branch network, loans and liabilities, credit and risk, and so on. He thus brings to the table a unique combination of understanding of financial services world, coupled with the exposure to the L&D, Talent, and HR domain.
Sudipta has worked with large MNC Banks in India such as HSBC and ANZ, and in UAE with the biggest GCC Banks - ENBD, NBAD and FAB. He has led businesses and managed large teams and has delivered on P&L and other strategic objectives over the years. Some of the roles that he has done over the years include Head of All India Card Issuing (HSBC), Head of Retail Loans (HSBC), Head of Branch Sales (ENBD), Head of Consumer Banking UAE (NBO), Group Talent Manager (NBAD), VP and Head – Learning and Talent Development (FAB) and so on.
Sudipta has been actively involved in implementation of two of the biggest Bank mergers in the MENA Region – ENBD (EBI and NBD) and FAB (NBAD and FGB), building expertise in Change Management, Organizational Design, Capability Framework and Transformation.
Sudipta is now engaged as an independent consultant and trainer across a wide range of subjects in Banking and HR domain. He has been conducting trainings and workshops for several Banks across MENA, India, Southeast Asia, Europe, and USA. In his role as Principal and advisor to boutique financial consultancy firms, he is helping several Banks in the region on business strategy, transformation, and restructuring. He is also passionate about coaching and mentoring and over the years, has acted as a career guide and coach to a number of managers.
