Sarah Malik is an experienced and well- regarded lawyer whose 20 year career to date has spanned internationally. Prior to founding SOL International Ltd, she practiced as a Barrister at a leading set of Chambers in London, worked as employed Counsel at a leading UK law firm and headed the Advocacy and Investigations team of an International law firm in Dubai. She is a member of the SIAC Users Council in the Middle East and is appointed on the Lagos Panel of Arbitration Neutrals. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and accepts appointments to sit as an arbitrator. Raza Mithani leads the International Arbitration Practice in the Dubai office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. He is recognised as one of the foremost arbitration lawyers in the Middle East and Africa (“MEA”), focusing on high value and complex disputes.
Since moving to Dubai in 2008, he has acted on some of the most significant disputes to come out of the Middle East and various countries in Africa.
