The DIFC Academy of Law (AOL) is to provide customized legal training for Ras Al Khaimah students and young professionals, creating a new generation of lawyers with international skills and experience.
The AOL, Ras Al Khaimah’s Executive Council and the Sheikh Saqr Programme for Government Excellence have agreed to work towards developing specialized education and training packages to produce young Emirati lawyers skilled in common law as well as UAE law.
The agreement was signed as part of a package of legal agreements between the Ras Al Khaimah Government and Dubai’s Dispute Resolution Authority.
Students may be placed on programmes offering legal training abroad, or online learning, as well as preparation for bar admission in overseas jurisdictions.
The AOL is developing training and educational relationships with high-quality legal educational and training institutes around the world.
