The DIFC Academy is proud to co-host the Awareness Workshop on DIFC UBO Regulations and Overview of AML/CFT Framework, in collaboration with PwC Middle East.
During the session, attendees had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into DIFC's UBO regulations and the AML/CFT risk framework. They also learned about customer due diligence standards, ongoing due diligence, suspicious activity reporting, and participated in a case study.
This was an excellent opportunity to interact with industry experts from PwC and learn from their wealth of knowledge and expertise. Furthermore, attendees will receive all the information required to stay compliant with the DIFC UBO regulations.
